Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the building but a designated smoking area is available outside.
The establishment is not suitable for parties, student groups, bachelor-, or bachelorette parties.
There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
Guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, however, day visitors are permitted by arrangement with the owners.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
