- This apartment and complex are non-smoking areas. Please smoke outside in the parking area.
- There will be no refunds for early departure.
- There is undercover parking available for one vehicle on level 1. Allocated parking bay number 808. Additional vehicles may park in front of the building.
- In the interest of safety and security, the main bedroom is fitted with a small safe, guests please lock the doors as they leave. They must please ensure that upon entering or leaving the premises, the relevant door/gate is property closed before driving. Please ensure that no unauthorised or unknown person enters the premises through any door. This establishment is not responsible for any damage, loss or stolen personal belongings.
- Please remember that Ode at Sea is for paying guests only. Unfortunately, no visitors or guests are allowed without prior arrangements.
- Please respect and consider the neighbours by not making noise between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes parties, loud music and the TV.
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the complex.
