Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Marloth Park Rules:
No loud noise or music after 18:00 daily.
Speed limits: 50 km/h on tarred roads and 30 km/h on sand roads. Reduce speed further when driving after dark.
No unlicensed or under-aged drivers.
No littering: Place your rubbish in a black refuse bag and dispose of it at the designated land site past the Bush Center. Do not leave bags on the road.
No fires except in designated areas. If it's windy, please extinguish any fires.
No hand-feeding of wildlife: Only feed approved pellets and lucerne, available for purchase in the park. Do not feed maize or bread.
No pets of any kind are allowed in Marloth Park.
No cutting down vegetation or trees, including those that appear dead.
No walking or cycling between 6 pm and 6 am for your safety.
No quad bikes or off-road bikes allowed.
No drones or spotlights allowed.
No fireworks.
Disturbance Fee:
1st Call-out: Fine of R350.00
2nd Call-out: Fine of R2,500.00
3rd Call-out: You will be asked to leave the park with the assistance of SAPS.
