House Rules

1 well-behaved pet is allowed by prior arrangement. Guests are required to provide their own pet beds. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees are expected to carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the property, including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items, will be assessed solely by Be in McGregor, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in McGregor of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times.
