Very poor customer service.

False advertising. The website shows a pool area but we were told it's only for the owners. The pool was very dirty. The pictures on the website made the place look big but it's actually really small. No communication on what time they come to clean. The bathroom had no placement for our shower gel and facecloths. The tissue holder was broken. The fridge wasn't working 100%. The sliding door was broken.

We were not satisfied at all.

First, we were not made to feel welcome. Our room was one of three at the back of the house. It was a very small and poorly presented room, with none of the niceties that one expects at either a B&B, or in SC accommodation. If we had been placed in the room at the front of the house, beside the pool and a very lovely aviary, our opinion may have been quite different. We were disappointed!
