Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R650 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-ins or check-outs are not offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Pet policy:
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
The property is not fenced.
Dogs and cats are allowed.
Children are not allowed.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
Loud music is not allowed after 22:00.
Parties are not allowed on the property.
A key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated for an additional fee per day.
