Alcoholic drinks in the display cabinet in the entertainment room are marked as private and should not be used.
The jacuzzi in the house is out of order.
A 5Kw inverter with a battery keeps the lights on during power outages, but more than one electrical device can't be used at the same time.
Firewood and cleaning supplies are provided.
No parties are allowed.
