Good day Anna Rita, thank you for your review as this helps the communication between our guests and the management to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
We have a 1 terrabite of MTN data available which we are only able to use a max of around 60 gigs due to a signal problem. We have since changed to Telkom also on an unlimited option for everyone to enjoy which up to now appears to be working much better. We do have 3 routers on site to try cover all areas and even mobile ones available should you have signal problems in the event it is brought to our attention.
Our breakfasts are continental unlimited and portioned hot meals but in the event you are wanting more, our staff will gladly assist in additional portions at no extra cost.
Should you be visiting the area again we could offer you a 50% discount on your next visit for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for the review.
I apologise that you had a bad experience with the shower. We were not made aware of the issue and as far as we knew, there were no issues in the room.
Our wifi signal does reach to all of our rooms. When you stayed with us, it was soon after the looting that occurred in KZN. The main wifi tower was down and our service provider was working very hard to get the tower up and running again.
Guests do not have access to our Kitchen, so perhaps you were talking about our Lapa area? We do try our best to keep the cockroaches away, we even spray and have traps set up for pest control. Unfortunately the BnB is on a farm, so there is going to be wildlife around, no matter how much poison we put down or how much we spray. We do try our best and have gone to great lengths to keep our areas as sanitary as possible.
We do hope to see you again in the near future and give you a better experience with us.

Thank you Clive, for your review. Orchards Bed and Breakfast bookings are all inclusive of a continental breakfast, however on request at a separate fee, we could gladly offer a hot breakfast. Should you visit our establishment in the near future we would arrange a free hot breakfast at no additional cost for the misunderstanding.
