Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of a R1000 is directly payable to the owner via EFT before arrival. It will be refunded via EFT within 2 to 3 days after guests' departure if there was no breakage or loss.
An exit cleaning fee of R350 is payable. Please note that this fee is only for the cleaning of the unit after guests have departed. No cleaning services are available during their stay.
