Otjimbondona is situated 120 km southeast of Windhoek and 80 km from the Hosea Kutako International Airport on a 3000-hectare private nature reserve on the fringes of the Kalahari.

This boutique lodge with 4 delicately decorated villas can accommodate 8 guests and is the perfect place to start or end your Namibian adventure, or it provides a haven for those who simply wish to relax and unwind.

There are 4 carefully decorated villas spaced far apart for absolute privacy. Each has its own lounge with a fireplace for cold winter nights, a kitchenette with a coffee machine, kettle and fridge, and a beautiful bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The villas are surrounded by large glass doors to provide you with unrivalled views and close proximity to nature.

Each villa has a deck, ideal for sunbathing and a plunge pool to cool down on a sultry Namibian summer’s day or a relaxing Jacuzzi massage before bedtime. Each villa has a lounge area which is a covered pavilion, open on the sides, with a lounger and hanging chair, perfect to unwind with a book, have an afternoon siesta or watch the rich wildlife around you.

There are 2 waterholes, which offer plenty of game viewing or bird watching from the comfort of your lounge area or deck. Otjimbondona, means “the place where the small camel thorn trees grow” in the Herero language.
