Not the best due to mould and damp smell continuously.

There were a few issues. 1) The whole house smelled of mould and damp. 2) Burst pipe reported to the agent outside the left side bathroom and this caused the water to seep through into the second bedroom where the whole carpet was wet. For the three days prior to us leaving, the pipe was not repaired and the water continued to enhance the mould/damp smell which made it unpleasant to be in the house the last few days. This needs to be addressed as this could damage the reputation of the house. It is really a lovely place except for the issues needing to be resolved.

The water leak was repaired after you left. As the water pipe goes through the wall between that bedroom and the bathroom, we couldn't chop out the wall while the house was occupied. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
