- Water tanks available which are plumbed into the house, due to water shedding we request care is taken with water use.
- We request you to treat the house as your own, the home is located in a string of other home and request that respect is paid to the neighbours.
- No smoking permitted inside.
- No loud noise, music, parties or events permitted.
- Pets are permitted by prior arrangement.
