House Rules
As the unit is in a security estate, there are 3 forms that require your completion (as well as a copy of your ID document) before your stay can be confirmed. These forms are for security purposes to issue you with an access card for the boom and pedestrian beach gate for the duration of your stay.
The Estate speed limit for the estate of 40km/h should please be adhered to when driving within the Estate.
As a nature Estate, noise and light pollution needs to be respected. No loud music is permitted. No smoking within the unit.
No guests are permitted to visit without first arranging with the owners of the property.
