Noisy drunk residents have no regard for fellow travellers. No security is available.

Horrible stay. On arrival we got our key room 39, only to be called out of our room stating we owed the establishment money. I received confirmation from you that I paid the full fee and have a zero balance. The room was freezing, and no extra blankets or heater were provided. We phoned and asked for blankets and were told they would see what they could do. The shower door handles were broken as well as the basin. No security on site and loud drunk people at 6 on a Sunday morning with no noise control. Not worth it in my opinion.
