Welcoming and very private.

It was excellent; everything was perfect just like I would like them to be.

Accommodative, cosy, clean and well equipped.

It was super cool. I liked the environment; the yard was big, the house was so cosy and accommodative, and the customer service was second to none.

Baie lekker gebly - skoon netjiese plek en die gasvrou is baie vriendelik.

Skoon en netjiese plekkie. Baie stil en rustig. Hou van die privaatheid van die kothuis. Sal net daarvan hou as daar dalk 'n TV in die kothuis is - daar is wel WiFi maar terwyl 'n mens 'n movie op jou foon kyk, word dit baie onderbreek deur 'n oproep of WhatsApp-boodskap of so aan - dink 'n TV sal 'n groot verskil maak. Daar is wel trappe - baie trappe - wees maar voorbereid - maar die gasvrou bied darem aan om jou te help dra aan jou bagasie. Dankie vir 'n wonderlike naweek - dit was lekker om jou te ontmoet en dankie vir jou vriendelikheid. Jy sien ons gou weer.

100% tevrede.

Ek en my seun het 'n wonderlike verblyf gehad. Dit was stil, rustig, skoon, veilig en die lugversorger was in 'n uitstekende toestand. Die gasvrou was baie behulpsaam in elke geval.

Goed geleë aan die Wesrand, baie privaat en veilige parkering.

Die woonstel is ruim, netjies en het alles wat jy benodig en 'n mooi uitsig as bonus met gebruik van die swembad. Sal beslis aanbeveel, onthou daar is trappe.

Perfect, private, peaceful and idyllic.

Wow, what a surprise! Nestled snugly on the slopes of the start of the Walter Sisulu Falls gorge the cottage has an amazing view over a private large pool of the countryside. The terraced garden is filled with a gorgeous array of indigenous vegetation including a, rarely seen these days, "stamvrug" bush, that must be easily 60 years old. The cottage is spacious and well furnished with comfortable couches, a great dining area, (that readily serves as an office space when needing to work over internet connections) and free WiFi to boot. The kitchenette is spectacular. It contains a large fridge/freezer, sink with all soaps, dishcloths, etc. Supplied. There's a 4 plate electric stove with oven, cordless kettle and microwave. There's ample cutlery and crockery including braai tongues, tin and a bottle opener with a corkscrew. At the pool, there's a large lapa with a comfortable table 4 chairs and benches and a great "braai pit". At the other end of the pool, there are another two chairs and a table and with cushions kept in the cottage bathroom storage. At a lower level, there are two comfortable sunning chairs for the tired souls. The bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with side tables and lamps. The cottage has several self-charging globes for load-shedding times and a portable light, a large fan for summer and a great heater for winter. It really has everything for even the most critical of guests. Over and above, our hostess is great, always obliging and helpful in every way possible. Cap all this with a friendly cat that visits and inspects the cottage and a friendly poodle who won't be left out. This place is a gem and we will use it for every visit in the area.

Trappe is baie en nie bedoel vir gaste met bagasie nie. Braaigeriewe nie netjies nie. Trappe na die kamer baie glad en nie veilig nie.

Baie welkom gevoel en jy maak wat jy wil.

Baie netjies, goed geleë, naby aan die winkelsentrums. Eienaar baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sal weer boek as ek in daai omgewing is.

Getting in and out the room is a challenge.

The room was a distance from the house, down a steep mountain side. The path to the room was not sheltered from the elements with more stairs to the bedroom. If you do not intend going out, it is a perfect peaceful place.

Pam's warm hug and smile made me feel at home even before getting to the cottage. She showed us everything and even had some complimentary breakfast starters. The garden cottage is home away from home. Pam, thank you. Booking soon again.

This was our second time booking the place and every experience is just as wonderful. There is adequate privacy and tranquillity. Home away from home. Wonderful stay. Love the cottage area. A little slice of heaven.

Loft het baie nou trappies.

Die loft het baie nou trappies en dis 'n probleem vir ouer mense met bagasie. Pam het gelukkig gehelp, maar dis 'n probleem. Pragtige mense en huis is mooi geleë. Tuin is stunning.

It was fun staying there.

We enjoyed our stay there, it was calming and peaceful. We would definitely go back at any time.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and well equipped flatlet. Just a pity there's no TV. Also maybe just look to put in remote gate. Felt very exposed getting out of car to open gate at night.

Ons was ontvang met ope arms Vrydag met ons huweliksherdenking. Pam het uit haar pad uit gegaan om dit vir ons so spesiaal as moontlik te maak. Die plekkie is silwerskoon en uit die boonste rakke. Als wat jy nodig het is daar. En dit wat jy nog nodig het, kan Pam altyd vir jou help mee. Dit was definitief elke sent werd gewees en sal so gou moontlik weer daar gaan kuier vir 'n langnaweek. Dankie Pam vir jou vriendelike gasvryheid. Jy het ons naweek super spesiaal gemaak.

It was a great place to stay at for the weekend, the service was great. Pam was too kind, we loved her.

'n Pragtige woonstel met al die nodige geriewe.

Die woonstel is baie privaat in 'n pragtige tuin. Pam gee baie aandag aan die fynere detail en het ons baie welkom laat voel. Ons sal definitief weer by Pam's Place oorbly wanneer ons weer in die omgewing is.

We recommend Pam's place without reserve. Pam herself is a lovely host and we would gladly return.

We spent two nights at Pam's over a weekend filled with hectic goodbyes before our departure to America. LekkeSlaap's portal and functionality is superb and their notifications and reminders also work well. Pam's place itself is neat and clean and has a beautiful garden and view if you have the time to sit and relax. Thank you Pam and LekkeSlaap for making our trip and stay trouble-free and comfortable.

Ongelooflike dame wat regtig uit haar pad gegaan het om alles 100% gereed te hê. Behulpsaam en vriendelik. Plek is baie netjies en skoon. Sal definitief weer daar bly.

Dream Cottage - home away from home.

The cottage is stunning with beautiful views. Clean, neat and spacious. Home away from home. Great value for money and ideally located. Our host Pam was a dream extremely helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We didn't want to leave. Will definitely visit again.

Pam doen baie moeite vir haar gaste en alles is van hoogstaande gehalte.

Al kritiek wat ek het, is dat die 38 trappe wat mens moet klim na die cottage duidelik gemeld moet word in haar oorsig. Dis nie gewone trappe nie, jy klim basies 3 terasse af. Met bagasie is dit min mense wat dit sal kan doen. Die parkering is 100% onvoldoende en onprakties.

'n Baie rustige vakansie.

Pam's Place SA is 'n great gastehuis. Ek en my kêrel het in die Garden Cottage gebly, met 'n pragtig uitsig en tuin. Ons het 'n heerlik en rustige vakansie gehad. Pam is 'n uitstekende gasheer. Ek sal enige tyd terugkeer en familie en vriende verwys!

Fantastiese, eersteklas-verblyf.

Baie gerieflik, skoon en veilig. Meer as net verblyf. Hoogs aanbeveelbaar.

Die verblyf was lekker rustig.

Die eenheid is luuks en ruim. Dit kort egter sekere items om selfsorg te vergemaklik. Ek sal dit ook nie aanbeveel vir ouer/senior persone nie, omdat die blyplek ongeveer 12 meter (veertig trappe) laer is as die plek waar jou voertuig geparkeer is.
