Excellent location, friendly host.

Everything went so smoothly - from the booking, the check-in, the parking, the check-out. All information was shared and explained. I usually prefer hotel stays because it often runs more smoothly, but my experience in Pantera Lodge was so positive, I was pleasantly surprised. No regrets booking it. Will definitely go back.

All good. Friendly efficient host. Clean, well-equipped unit. Warm underfloor heating and extra blankets were a bonus in a cold Jhb. Everything you needed.

Skoon en netjies. Gasvrou het ons welkom laat voel. Daar is nie DStv nie, maar wel Netflix. Waaiers in die slaapkamers sal welkom wees.

The host is very helpful and friendly. We were happy to have Netflix, and we had everything we needed. We felt very safe at this location. It was nice that the host provided toilet paper, tea bags, coffee, coffee whitener, and sugar on arrival.

Onder die omstandighede was dit nie te sleg nie. Dit was bitter koud en moes gaan vra vir 'n ekstra kombers of 'n verwarmer. Gasvrou het ons glad nie ontvang nie en indien ek nie 'n kombers gaan vra het nie, sou ek haar heel waarskynlik nie eers ontmoet het nie. Die dame wat ons ontvang het, het nie eers geweet in watter kamer ons bespreek het nie.

Bernadette is one of the most amazing hostesses who helped me at short notice. I needed accommodation very quickly and she came to my rescue. She is very attentive, friendly, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The surroundings are tranquil with a beautiful African theme. I love it! I will definitely come back!

Dis 'n wegbreek in die stad wat jou laat voel of jy in die bos of op vakansie is.

Dis verskriklik rustig, kalm en stil by Pantera Lodge & Cheetah Cottage. Ek het die mees gemaklikste en diepste slaap nog beleef. Bernadette is baie professioneel is ek is vriendelik en hartlik verwelkom. Dit voel soos jou huis weg van die huis af. Sy was baie behulpsaam en is heeltyd beskikbaar indien jy haar nodig het. Alles was mooi skoon en netjies. Daai bed slaap hemels lekker. Ek sal beslis weer daar gaan kuier.

Though quiet and private, the facilities were quite disappointing.

The place was clean and the host was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was quiet and secure and we had our privacy. The room left much to be desired. The furniture and bedding are cold and wear is starting to show. The room wasn't very well equipped. We were 2 guests. There was only 1 fork and 1 teaspoon. No steak knives to eat with. There was no hand soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were old and hard. There was no extra blanket, no mattress protector, the sheet had a burn mark and the duvet cover though clean had stain and rust marks. There was a heater in the room but it is really old and worn out. It honestly felt like we paid R800 a night to sleep in someone's backroom.

What an amazing stay. The service was excellent, Bernadette was so friendly. The place was clean, my highlight was the bed. The kids were so fascinated by the theme of the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place was freezing, the upper window is broken, sofas very old and the pool is was dirty with green water.
