Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A full-time domestic service is available at an additional daily fee.
A breakage fee equal to one night stay is required.
Please note that this is not a double storey house, the main house is on the ground floor while the top level is for private use by the owner.
The owner will however not be on the premises when in use.
There is no garage available but there is open secure parking.
Regrettably no pets allowed.
