House Rules
All guests must complete a quick verification process through Truvi before arrival. A deposit or waiver fee is required and paid directly to Truvi. If you're not comfortable with this, you may cancel your booking within 12 hours of receiving the Truvi email. Please complete the process before check-in.
No pets are allowed, you will be fined and liable for an additional cost and asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued if pets are found
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on the deck only, however, an additional cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected inside.
No parties or loud noise. Quiet hours must be observed, especially in the evenings. Multiple complaints may result in early check-out without a refund.
No illegal substances are allowed. Any suspicion will result in security involvement and early check-out without a refund.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. At an additional cost per night will be charged for unregistered guests. Maximum of 2 people allowed.
