Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The fireplaces are currently non-functional. Lighting fires is not possible. However, there is a gas heater in the lounge for your comfort and convenience.
Smoking is strictly forbidden within the apartment. Any evidence of smoke odour during the checkout cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
No noise or parties are permitted without exception. A first complaint will prompt communication with you, but upon a second complaint, you may be required to vacate the premises, and no refund will be issued.
Illegal substances are not allowed on the property. If there is suspicion of substance consumption, security or police will be contacted. If found in possession, you will be escorted off the premises with no refund.
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a fine, and you may be asked to leave the property with no refund.
Overnight guests beyond the booked number are not allowed.
Eating or drinking in bedrooms and excessive furniture movement are discouraged. Any damages will result in a claim against the damage deposit.
Please handle keys responsibly; lost keys incur a fine.
Baboons occasionally visit the area, so it's important to keep windows and doors closed when rooms are unattended. We have a dedicated baboon monitoring team in place for added security.
