House Rules
The amount of guests allowed is strictly according to the number of guests booked and paid for.
The house sleeps a maximum 2 adults. 1 child under 3 can join, but this must be communicated during enquiry process. Please note that an extra charge will be applicable - payable directly to property. We supply only cutlery & crockery for child. Guests to bring along own bed & bedding.
The following is not allowed: Day visitors and extra guests staying over, parties and loud music, smoking inside the house.
The TV is NOT connected to DSTV. HDMI cable is provided. Please bring own streaming device or laptop & stream entertainment using own streaming account, ie Netflix.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Pets must be socialized and guests are required to provide own bedding, beds and towels for their pet.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pets are not to be left alone inside or outside house when guests go out.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Pet hair is the responsibility of the guest and should be cleaned before departure.
Beach towels are provided.
Stays of 6 days or longer, receives 1 refresh cleaning service, which is following only: a change of the bed linen, bath towels and kitchen cloths, sweeping and mopping of the house, cleaning of the bathrooms and refilling 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, sweeping the patio and cleaning the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged beforehand and is at an additional cost.
