Beautiful.

The place was clean and welcoming. Everything we wanted. It was perfect.

Made the best of our stay.

Complex is breathtakingly beautiful, the view from the apartment is also amazing. Our stay was, however, marred by a number of unprofessional conducts from our booking agent. Very poor communication where I was asked to provide IDs for all occupants and my car registration less than an hour before check-in, while I was driving to the destination! We struggled at the gate as the link provided for access did not work. Key access to the apartment was not clearly communicated, and it took us asking for help from fellow visitors. And then when we finally got inside the apartment, we found: Kitchen - One cupboard door (above the kitchen stove) not safe to open, held by one hinge. Three dish soap containers, all empty. Cutlery - Two forks for 4 occupants, no wooden spoon to cook pap, frying pan belongs in the trash can. Dining area - One chair has a loose leg, a safety hazard. Sitting room - Carpet looks horrendous with burn marks, side table with protruding wires, a safety hazard. Bedrooms - No hangers at all in the one bedroom, and only a few in the second, so we lived from our suitcases! Patio - Gas braai dirty, grill panels super greasy, gas cylinder empty, so we could not braai! We were not informed there is no cleaning services during our stay. Contact for assistance - Loud background noises making it difficult to hear the agent. No welcome call to check if we were settled in and happy/comfortable with everything. A beautiful apartment overall, just poorly managed. Safety - Security at the complex is super impressive!

Teleurstelling.

Hoof slaapkamer. Toiletdeur is stukkend. Bedkassie is gebreek. Kombers het 'n gat in. Kombuis. Net een vurk. Net twee glase. Net drie borde. Kombuiskassie se deur is gebreek. Moes gaan uit eet weens uitstaande items nadat ek versoek het vir die items.

Disgrace!

Die beddegoed was nie skoon nie en albei die beddens se paslakens was in die kas opgefrommel. Ons het die nag bo op die beddens geslaap, gelukkig het ons ons eie kussings gehad. Kussings substandaard en geen vars beddegoed nie. Gee hierdie fasiliteit 'n ronde 0! Al hoekom ons nie dadelik ander verblyf gesoek het nie, ons het toe reeds 1200 km gereis en dit was baie laat die aand toe ons by die spesifieke fasiliteit aangekom het.

Nie aan te beveel nie.

Nee, daar was misverstande by die ingang oor die kodes. Ons het 15:00 gearriveer, maar die eenheid was nog nie gereed nie. Eers om 17:00 was die skoonmakers klaar met die eenheid. Die personeel wou nie ons toelaat om die swembad te besoek nie. Die WiFi-sein was swak.

Don't think we will be back.

Firstly, the check-in took exactly an hour, had to stand with my driver by the gate and wait for paperwork?! Which hadn't been done on time. No drop-offs inside, had to walk with the bags, so far away. The inside infrastructure is jinxed as well. At the gate, security gave us a tiny piece of paper which we were supposed to present again at the pool security checkpoint. Who thinks about pieces of paper on vacation? Pool is right by the apartment but to get there you need to walk for like 10 min. I found all of this a vibe killer and extremely uncomfortable, felt like a mission the whole time. Carpet was absolutely dusty and full of some particles. The phone number of the agent on the listings is not accurate, the line gets cut.

Die volgende wat geadverteer word is nie die waarheid nie. Ons kon by niks van dit toegang kry nie. Als benodig kodes. "Hier is 'n kristalhelder strandmeer waarin gaste kan swem of aktiwiteite soos kanovaart en staanroei geniet. Die landgoed spog ook met 'n restaurant, speletjieskamer, gimnasium".

Breathtakingly beautiful.

Love the back view, the penthouse itself was great. Didn't like the fact that the cleaner started cleaning at 3pm when we were already in side the house, bed wasn't made, I could literally see spider webs, dust particles, carpet in lounge was dirty, everything was inside the wardrobes not nicely packed, we had no space to put our clothes, food cupboard was dusty. On check out the lady comes back to the house, watches TV giving us no privacy at all. Besides that the place in general was a blast.
