Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The hosts live on the property and are available 24/7.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
This is a non-smoking venue, but designated smoking areas are provided on the property.
No parties, loud music, disorderly behaviour will tolerated and drugs of any kind.
The following rules apply for pets that are agreed by prior arrangement only:
A fee of R200 per stay per dog will apply.
Dogs must be well-mannered, house-trained and sociable with other dogs.
Any damages caused by guests’ dogs will be charged accordingly.
A maximum of 2 small lap dogs (no puppies) is permitted in the upstairs units only.
Should it be agreed that your dog may stay, he/ she may not be left unattended or left alone in the units at all.
Dogs must be kept on a lease when in the common areas of the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.
No cats, no reptiles and no birds are allowed.
