Self-catering.
A welcome pack with 1 roll of luxury 2-ply toilet paper per toilet, dishwashing liquid, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets and hand pump soaps at all basins, clean linen and blankets for winter or bed throws in summer is provided.
Guests are to bring their own personal shampoo and body wash, bottled water, ice, wood, charcoal, firelighters, battery-powered lights for loadshedding, and battery banks for cell phones and laptops if needed.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed.
Please note that this is a rental home and Blue Lagoon Home Owners or the Estate requires a mandatory lease to be signed per each rental. We will send you the lease to fill out, sign and send back to us a few days before arrival. The lease is a handy document for our tenants to understand the Estate Rules and to help you integrate with and care for the home before arrival and as reference for the duration of your stay/lease.
No smoking anywhere inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside with an ashtray provided.
No partying or parties allowed at the house. This is a family-stay home.
All dishes are to be carefully washed before check-out, but the hosts will polish and pack them away for you.
