House Rules

The accommodation offers the option to check in after 17:00, although a late check-in fee is applicable. This fee is necessary because the hosts reside off-site and need to make special arrangements for their assistant to meet the guests or be available during the specified time frame.

Furthermore, it is requested that children refrain from playing or making noise in the shared entrance spaces outside the apartment. Additionally, guests are expected to avoid playing loud music or having the TV at an unreasonably loud volume. The designated quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Guests are kindly asked to consider the comfort of other residents when entering or leaving the premises and to keep their voices down while inside the apartment, even if they are having an enjoyable time.

No groups are allowed. Only families or couples are allowed.
