House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules

A breakage deposit of R1000.
Linen fee of R500 - which is only applicable for 2-night stays.
This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
Keys can be collected at the caretaker of Santorini at 14:00 and 21:30. Security will direct you to the caretaker's office. He has the keys and directions to the unit. The keys can again be dropped off here with departure.
