Breakage Deposit

House Rules
In order for a booking to be honoured we require the following documents:
1. A copy of ID/passport and names and ID numbers of all adults
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
4. Vehicle Registration number/s
5. Ages of children
Please bring your own decoder and smart card (not Explora).
Guests should bring their own towels.

A breakage deposit of R1000.
Linen fee of R500 - which is only applicable for 2-night stays.
This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
Keys will be with the security at the estate from 2 pm.
