It was okay, but we paid too much for what we got.

Doors struggled to open and close, boiler not working, odd number of crockery, fan switches were broken, no hand soap or cleaning services, bin lid broken, toilet seats wouldn't stay up. We had to pay to have the towels dry cleaned. The unit doesn't get any sun and was wet inside all the time. There was also construction work on the building from 07:00 in the morning. I don't know if Perna 1 has put any amounts on my account because they haven't given feedback about it yet.
