Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage fee of R500.00 is payable on arrival. It is refundable within 4 days if there is no damage.
Please note that towels and wood are not provided.
Please be advised that the owners and their cat reside on the premises, and will be on hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice.
Rules:
The apartment is in a residential area. Guests need to be quiet and peacefully enjoy the premises so as not to disturb other guests. No noise or disturbances between 22:00 and 09:00.
The number of guests may not exceed the number of guests that have been booked and paid for. If it is discovered that more guests are occupying the unit than was stated in the booking agreement, the guest agrees to pay R100 per person for the additional guests. Family/friends of the guests may visit as day visitors. No overnight guests are allowed without the knowledge and acceptance of the owners.
The owner accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property and also no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. Guests are responsible for the apartment and for his/her/their guests during their stay in the suite.
Guests and members of their party may not bring in, use or allow to be brought in any illegal substances, firearms or such items that may be deemed dangerous to persons or property.
Rules for immediate eviction:
- Obedience of relevant holiday unit(s)' occupation limits are strictly enforced. Occupation that exceeds the sleeping capacity stated on the confirmation of the booking is considered to be grounds for immediate eviction of the holiday unit(s) and guests will forfeit any and all monies paid.
- Other reasons for immediate eviction of guests and forfeiting of all monies paid is (a) damage to the rented premises or any of the neighboring premises and (b) any other dealings that prevent guests from peacefully enjoying the premises.
Damage agreement:
Guests are individually and separately responsible and otherwise fully responsible for any and all guests and/or invited day visitors that cause damage to the holiday unit including but not limited to all neighboring structures and premises during the entire duration of stay. This includes but is not limited to deliberate or accidental removal of owners' personal property, deliberate and/or accidental damage to structure(s) and premises including but not limited to any and all equipment, appliances and furniture.
In the case of loss or damage to the holiday unit, including but not limited to repairwork, replacements, additional cleaning, eviction, cleaning costs, fines, will be charged as per the full repair and/or current replacement including labour and material, removal and disposal as is needed. A specified statement including all relevant costs will be sent per normal post to the postal address provided by guests when the booking was made. By signing this agreement guests agree to pay all such costs in full as is mentioned on this and following pages.
Safety:
Guests acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests and children.
Guests acknowledge and agree to keep the premises free of any damage and injuries to them or their guests.
The owner of the premises cannot be held liable for any damage and/or injuries to guests and/or their guests or their personal property as a result of guests' actions, behaviour or irresponsibility.
Guests agree to not hold the owner liable for any claims for any damage and/or injury as a result of guests' actions or neglect of action.
Extra Charges:
Any electrical appliances not belonging to Petite connected to Petite's power will incur a charge with additional cost per day. Except for hair dryers.
If you want to wash a vehicle, a charge of additional cost will be charged.
If you want to wash a boat, a charge of additional cost will be charged.
