Pienaarsbaken Farm Cottages are situated at the foot of the Lootsberg Pass between Graaff-Reinet and Middelburg in the Eastern Cape. The guest farm is 56 kilometres from Graaff-Reinet, 40 kilometres from Nieu-Bethesda and 60 kilometres from Middelburg.
Accommodation is provided in 3 self-catering units which have lovely views of the garden and is also pet friendly on request.
Unit 1 is a beautiful garden facing unit with a lovely outdoor braai area, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed (with shower), 2 single beds, private bathroom (with bath) and kitchenette.
Unit 2 also offers 2 bedrooms that are furnished with queen size and single beds, as well as a sleeper couch. This unit has a private bathroom with a shower and a lovely indoor braai area. Each unit has a kitchenette that is equipped with a small stove, microwave, a fridge, a frying pan as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
Mountain View Cottages is a new addition to our accommodation units and provides uninterrupted views of the Sneeuberg mountains.
Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments and braai facilities are available for a crackling fire under the star-studded Karoo sky. Guests can lounge around the pool, or relax in the shady garden. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Being part of the Mountain Zebra-Camdeboo Protected Area, Pienaarsbaken Farm offers guests the chance to return to a simpler, more relaxed lifestyle.
