Description
This studio unit comprises a sleeping area, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a frying pan, an air-fryer, egg cooker, snackwich maker, crockery and cutlery. The unit has a separate secure sliding door entrance. Small lap size dogs are welcome, please note that only the backyard of the main house is fenced and the area where you can park your car. Should you go out for the day dogs must be taken with or left in the fenced area if we do not have other guests in Main Hous. No dogs must be left unattended in the unit. If the Periwinkle Studio unit is booked and the main house is not booked. Guest in the studio unit can book the wood-fired hot tub at an additional cost of R200 for the period that you are booked. This unit is only available to rent separately during mid-week and excluded Friday nights and School Holidays.

Description
This unit comprises 3 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer dishwasher, and toaster. There is an open-plan lounge and dining room with an indoor braai. The unit offers a Smart TV with a DVD player and a DStv dish but guests are required to bring their own decoder and card as only EasyView channels are available. Wi-Fi is available. This unit boasts a lovely undercover patio with a pool table, dartboard, and table with chairs overlooking the nature reserve with breathtaking views of mountains. A portable braai and umbrella also provided. On-site facilities include a wood-fired hot tub, a volleyball net and sandpit, safe parking for 2 cars behind a gate, and an outside shower.
