House Rules
No loud music or noise is permitted between 23:00 and 08:00. The apartment is for a maximum of 2 people. Guests are asked not to exceed this limit. The designated off-street parking must be used for vehicles. All doors and windows should be locked when leaving the apartment, and the property should be secured.
As the area is in a water-scarce Western Cape Province, guests are asked to use water sparingly. Smoking is permitted only outside on the stoep. No pets are allowed. Foreign objects should not be flushed down the drain; guests should use the bin provided.
For rubbish disposal, guests should use the large black bin downstairs. The bin will be placed outside for council collection on Thursdays. There is also a recycling bin under the stairs. Although recycling is not mandatory, it would be greatly appreciated if guests could place glass and cans in the recycling bin.
