Pondokkie 13 is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in the heart of Suiderstrand. This property is an ideal option for a large family or a group of friends as this home boasts lovely ocean views and is only a short drive from the beach.

There is another full-family bathroom, while the other 2 bathrooms each have a shower.
The spacious open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted TV with DStv. Adjacent to this lounge is a dining space and this area has a built-in indoor braai.
This level opens onto a balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee and the views. Downstairs is an entertainment space with a pool table and a Pacman gaming machine. This level opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table.
