Sea Breeze self-catering Accommodation offers laid back, rustic affordable accommodation on the coast of Port Edward overlooking the Port Edward Holiday resort and the famous Splash Rock, and the Indian Ocean. The accommodation is just 380 meters from the surf.

Accommodation is available in 3 rooms. All rooms come equipped with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a TV with Open View HD channels, a kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frying pan, hotplate stove, and fridge-freezer, fan, and a balcony with outside furniture and braai facilities.

On-site facilities include a braai area and secure open parking. All rooms have a portable braai available. It is very safe to walk in Port Edward, at all times of day and night.

Please take note that the swimming pool on site is not accessible to guests. For owners use only.

The accommodation is also within walking distance to Sentra Supermarket and Bootleggers Pub and Grill, and the Wreck restaurant on the main beach. A mere 400m walk will take you the famous Splash Rock which is a great fishing spot, and 300 m further you will find the Sao Jana Portuguese monument, Port Edward's main beach, Silver Beach, 800 meters away. The beach has lifesavers and shark nets, with the NSRI boat house on site. Fishing boats may be launched from the beach. Another popular destination is the Wild Coast Sun Casino and Resort less than a 10-minute drive away, along with many other unique and close by entertainment options.

There are water supply problems at times. We do however have a 5000-liter buffer tank with another 5000 liter rainwater backup, and have only totally run out of water once in the last 5 years.

This property has a backup solar system and therefore guests are not affected by load shedding.
