Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that a minimum of 2 guests is required per booking and no more than 8 adults in the house at any given time. If more people arrive or visit, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
A breakage deposit is payable in advance and is refundable within 4 days after departure, if the contents of the house are left in the same condition as it was found.
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Duvet covers, duvet inners, pillowcases, and fitted sheets are provided.
Please note that the house has access to a jetty and guests are welcome to bring 1 boat, however, the launching of the boats is done at the Port Owen Marina. Launching fees are not included in the accommodation costs and this should be directly arranged with the Port Owen Marina Authority. The host does not take any responsibility for any damage or injuries while using your boat and the jetty.
Daily cleaning is not included in the rate but can be arranged at an additional cost to the guest.
The DStv package is the basic guesthouse package and not all channels are therefore available. Please note all Sports Channels are available, and no children's channels are unfortunately available on this package.
