Portico 404 is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure apartment building with a breathtaking ocean view located in the heart of Table View. This apartment has lovely modern features, making it an ideal option for a coastal getaway in the Mother City.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and open onto the balcony. A shower-over-bath is available in the first bathroom, while the second bathroom has a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
