As you know there were things that were out of our control and because of this we did offer you, in the beginning, a full refund so that you could find something else. However you declined our offer and decided to take the room as it was. Needless to say, we certainly would have liked the outcome to be a better one but circumstances did not permit it.

We didn't even see a chance to stay there.
Definitely the worst experience ever. Not at all like in the picture. I booked a room with 2 single or three-quarter beds and when we got there we were taken into the Honey Sucker room with a double bed. Unfortunately, my colleague and I could not sleep on the same bed and the smell was unbearable. Not at all neat as in the photos. I was terribly disappointed.
