Ultimate comfort in a spacious character-filled cottage in the heart of Greyton.

Wonderful stay in a character-filled cottage with considered touches by our host. The outdoor courtyard was sheltered from the wind, offering us lots of sun-filled relaxation in winter. The property is located on a wonderful street within Greyton, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Plug covers over plug fittings were such a welcome detail, which allowed me the opportunity to relax rather than running around after a toddler trying to stick fingers in plugs - thanks! Beds and linen were very comfortable, and the fireplace was so efficient!

Meubilering binne kothuis is baie smaakvol. Heerlike braai-area buite asook stoep met patio-meubels onder skaduryke bome binne pragtige tuin. Baie privaat met veilige parkering. Gasvrou is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Potato Patch was the ideal little home away from home, had everything we needed.

Our stay was cosy and comfortable, the cottage is well equipped and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the warmth of the sunshine.

Die kothuis is baie gerieflik ingerig. Addisionele aandag is geskenk aan bv. vars drinkwater, 'n groot houer braaihout, koue melk in die yskas ens. Ons het absoluut niks gekort nie. Die ligging in Greyton is uitstekend. Ons sal Potato Patch Self-catering Cottage beslis weer besoek.

Uitstekende keuse vir verblyf in Greyton.

Baie karaktervolle "gemmerbrood"-cottage, loopafstand vanaf die restaurante en mark. Baie sinvolle en pragtige inkleding binne, met goeie kwaliteit en gemak regdeur. Pragtige, silwerskoon linne. Heerlike kuierarea buite. Baie vriendelike ontvangs deur die huiseienaar, heeltemal op tyd ook. Uitstekende waarde wat ek hoog sal aanbeveel.

Lovely, well-equipped home.

Well-equipped. Firepit a bonus as well as use of the swimming pool. Karin and Lynette were super helpful.

A lovely, cosy, well equipped cottage within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. A gem!

We enjoyed our stay at Potato Patch so much. Karin is a lovely hostess. The big yard was an absolute pleasure since our children could run around and ride their bicycles. The fireplace and all the heaters throughout the cottage ensured a warm and cosy stay. We will definitely book this place again and can highly recommend it.

Comfortable and well located.

This self-catering cottage is perfectly situated in Greyton. Close enough to the main road so that you can walk everywhere but situated on a lovely quiet road. There are several cafes close by serving delicious breakfast. Karin was a lovely and thoughtful host, she made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The accommodation is very comfortable. The Saturday we were in Greyton was very rainy and cold but the little fireplace/stove in the unit works like a bomb, we were as warm as toast. The thoughtful touches like bottled water and marshmallows for the firepit were very much appreciated. Can highly recommend.

Lovely and relaxing.

The house warmed up wonderfully with the wood burning oven! The house is set back off the road which means you don't hear much in the way of noise just a generator when load shedding happens, but it's not close by so it's not bothersome! A very relaxed environment!

Heerlike gerieflike verblyf in karaktervolle kothuis. Lekker kuier-areas buite ook in boomryke tuin. Baie sentraal geleë. Kan stap na alles.

Lekker knus huisie vir 2 mense.

Heerlike antieke kaggel wat lekker warm maak. Kombuis het alles in wat mens nodig het. Matrasse stewig en beddegoed van goeie gehalte.

Host was very friendly.

The only problem with the accommodation was that the pool is not in front of the rental cottage but in front of the main house which was not that suited. The host however did make it clear that we could use it anytime.

Restful, beautiful, therapy for the soul

Four friends, who hadn't been together since before Covid, wanted a quiet, interesting place to regroup and catch up. Greyton was the perfect destination, and the Potato Patch and Karin was the perfect place.

Heerlik knus (maar steeds ruim) kothuis met ideale ligging in Greyton. Die kothuis is privaat, en baie goed toegerus met 'n paar ekstras. 'n Tuiste weg van die huis af! Sal vir seker weer hier bly.

Karin is literally the best host I've ever had. Stayed in contact before, during and after our stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Potato Patch Cottage with friends. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with wonderful bedding, towels and attention to detail. Country living at its best. Thank you for the hospitality!

Potato Patch bied die perfekte verblyf of jy alleen reis, as gesin of met vriende. Ons was daar en Karin het ons met ons 3 honde (1 is 'n 80kg Great Dane) verwelkom by Potato Patch. Die eenhede is ruim, privaat en die ligging is perfek om na gewilde plekke en restaurante te stap. Die perfekte wegbreekplekkie!
