Hen, stag parties, and unauthorised gatherings are prohibited.
The primary guest must sign an indemnity form upon arrival on behalf of all guests.
Walking, running, and cycling are allowed only on tarred roads.
Access to farmlands, trails, and golf courses (unless playing golf) is prohibited.
Fishing, swimming in dams, and hitting golf balls from the property are not allowed.
No parking outside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Children under 12 must be supervised on the putting green.
Only licensed drivers may operate the golf cart.
Quiet hours are before 07:00 on weekdays, 08:00 on weekends, and after 21:00 on Sundays to Thursdays and 22:00 on Fridays to Saturdays.
Gowrie Estate conduct rules apply and a fines policy is in place.
