Pringle Bay Beach Villa - 'WarieSeeSing' offers a spectacular self-catering studio unit in the seaside town of Pringle Bay.

The entire open plan unit looks out to sea including the bedroom area which even has sea views built-in cupboard and is furnished with a king-size bed accommodating 2 guests with a smart TV, crisp cotton linen, and an electric warmer blanket for winter. A separate bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, basin, and bidet.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with a convection microwave, gas hob, fridge, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. There is also cutlery and crockery.

The luxurious unit is in the form of a large spacious open-plan rectangular space with sea views from practically every window. The lounge area features comfortable seating, a second smart TV with Netflix, and double french doors leading to the large outside terrace with comfortable loungers, chairs and braai facilities. The studio also has free Wi-Fi and parking. There is an inverter that supports the TV, Wi-Fi, lighting, and basic functions during any load-shedding.

The Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve surrounds the Village. The property offers lovely views of the sea and incredible sunsets over False Bay. It is in an elevated position overlooking the beach and sea with spectacular views, lots of space, and a generous outdoor space. It is perfect for whale watching during the whale season.
