Loud parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The property allows only the authorized number of occupants, including children. If this limit is exceeded, guests will be required to leave the premises immediately.
The management reserves the right to deny admission. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The use of axes for chopping wood is not permitted. Moving furniture around is prohibited under any circumstances.
Guests are advised to utilize the house's alarm system as instructed in the provided booklet upon check-in.
No refunds will be provided for shortened stays.
It is advisable to bring lanterns or alternative light sources in case of load shedding.
