If we have a check-out at 10 am in the morning, we can't get the place ready for 2 pm the same day; we need more time. So I was trying to communicate with the guest if they could come in at 4 pm.

Quiet place.

The place needs an upgrade on television room, bathrooms and kitchen. Access to garage is needed for vehicle's security and sun protection. Online booking arrangement was to pay on arrival, but the owner/manager demanded that we pay before arrival.

Medium type of accommodation facilities.

It was very quiet, clean and we loved it there!

It had all the basic things which you might need and the area was lovely and quiet. We were safe and no one disturbed our visit. I will be back again!

Disappointing, because we expected a sea view and clean accommodation.

The owner locked the one door to one of the bedrooms and told us he is expecting someone else to check in the day we leave. In addition, he wanted us to clean ourselves, including the dishes, whilst the place was infested with worms and cockroaches. To top the bad experience, 3 small bowls went missing while he was checking the inventory. We did not even use the bowls, but I saw them in the cupboard that morning. He made us pay cash to replace the bowls, which we did not take. Overall, there was NO sea view and the place was not clean.

In response to your review, I would like to clarify the rental agreement.

It was asked of you if you were going to need the use of the third bedroom as it was only yourself, your husband and your sister, so I asked if you minded it been locked and your response was, "no lock it".

Unfortunately if you had notified me of the worm and cockroach infestation I would have been able to do something about it, however, I did check and there was no infestation. Ras Vill prides itself in the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment.

All self-catering apartments do request for customers to wash the cutlery and pots after using them and to be fair the sauce pans that you left were burnt. All breakages and lost items are charged to yourselves part of the rental agreement.

Lastly, we never advertised a sea view.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
