Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of the deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should there be more guests staying in the unit than what was quoted; or if the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; the deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed prior to arrangement.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen TV with an open view decoder, so should guests wish to watch the full DStv package, please bring with your own DStv decoder, smartcard and cables, or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at the guest's own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials guests may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
