Description

Redlands Villa is a charming self-catering home situated in a central, quiet residential area of Milnerton, Cape Town. It is conveniently located approximately 11 km from the City Centre and is an ideal getaway for guests traveling as a family or group.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds and a bunk bed respectively. They share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and shower, and the other with just a shower. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals. The adjacent living area is furnished with comfortable couches and features a cosy fireplace. There is also a lounge room with a TV.

There is another cottage on the property with a private entrance which can be rented separately. The cottage contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, a neat kitchenette, and a dining table.

There is a magnificent refreshing garden, a sparkling swimming pool, and a covered poolside patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities.
