Please remember that this is a residential area and no loud noise, music or parties are allowed at any time.
Music and visitors are not allowed after 22:00.
No structures or furniture on the property may be damaged or removed.
Fires are not allowed to be left unattended and guests should ensure all fires are burnt out or put out in the braai or fireplace before they leave the premises.
