Description
Restio River House is a stunning self-catering holiday home, with a beautiful river’s edge setting. The house is situated in the small coastal town of Pringle Bay, within walking distance to the beach.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. There are 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, and 1 bedroom with 2 three-quarter beds. Three of the en-suite bathrooms each have a bath, and the fourth en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The fifth bedroom has access to a separate shared bathroom, fitted with a shower.
The house offers modern open-plan living with 2 fireplaces, 1 of which is automated. In summer, the house opens up to enjoy the gentle summer breeze. The house features modern appliances, full DStv, Wi-Fi, a Sonos music system, and automated blinds.
Guests can also enjoy in-house activities such as table tennis, pool, and foosball, as well as lovely views from the house and the outdoor seating areas. There are canoes and SUP's available for guests to use on the river, launch from the house's private river deck.
