Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Conservation levy 2025 - R310 per person per night.
Conservation levy 2026 - R335 per person per night.
The cardholder and ID or passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for online payment must be presented at check-in.
Please note that for credit card bookings, bank fees may not be refunded upon cancellation, as initial deduction costs are non-refundable by the bank.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
The plunge pool is not gated but does include a pool cover.
Access to the accommodation is via a gravel road.
Music is not allowed on the property.
The house is located in a Private Big 5 Game Reserve; guests are advised to take precautions, as dangerous animals may be present. A full explanation and indemnity form will be provided upon arrival or upon request.
Security cameras are installed on the property.
Guests may occasionally hear the bushveld train passing by a few kilometers away.
A gym and spa are available for use at Moditlo River Lodge, located 900m away.
