The reception area was very nice, and the bed linen was clean. We looked forward to our stay. And there the good things stopped. I booked two rooms for a colleague and myself. Her shower only provided piping hot water, no cold water. My room provided only cold water and no hot water. The rooms smelled stuffy, as did the extra blankets. My colleague's room did not have a hairdryer, and when she asked for one, one was provided with an international plug. She could not use it as the changeover plug was apparently stolen. The water and milk provided were not sealed, and for travellers, it is important to know that these items are safe to consume. The rooms just look old with old furniture.
