Riverglades 4 offers comfortable accommodation in a self-catering duplex situated in the tranquil area of Ramsgate, the beach and lagoon are only 200 m away.
The duplex apartment is ideal for families, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the upper floor. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom. One bathroom is fitted with a shower and the other has a bath. The main and second bedrooms share a small balcony area, and are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities and a small bar fridge for convenience.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. The lounge has comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and opens onto a small patio area. Wi-Fi is available.
Where guests enter the property there is an enclosed courtyard area, with a patio table and gas braai for guests' use. This courtyard area is ideal for those wanting to bring along 2 small dogs by prior arrangement.
