Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No student, matric rage, bookings or groups, events, or functions are allowed. This accommodation is most suitable for a family.
Please note that this apartment is a private, self-contained unit within a three-story home and has a separate entrance. The main residence is occupied by permanent residents.
Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period before arrival. No refunds are issued for early departures.
A breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure, minus any costs for damages, missing items, abnormal cleaning, or unpaid rental.
The property must be left in the same condition as found on arrival. Any damages or shortages will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Only the number of guests stated in the property description may occupy the unit. Additional guests require prior written consent, and unauthorised occupancy may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No pets are allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
