I will stay here again. The property is a bit run down and the room needs a bit of TLC. But the bed was comfy and the linen clean.

Not nice.

A lot needs to be done in the guesthouse. It would also be better if they could decrease their rates. To charge R1100 per night for that place is really not worth it.

Ek het 'n baie rustige en veilige verblyf gehad. Die eienaar is baie gasvry en baie hulpvaardig. Sy personeel is uitstekend en baie hulpvaardig.

Goed geleë naby Nuweland en UCT. Lekker ligging ook naby goeie restaurante. Netheid kan verbeter. Blinders aan vensters is baie stowwerig asook bo-op yskas in buite kombuis. Lig buite op stoep kan nie afskakel nie en pla mens in die aand as jy wil slaap.

Photos on internet and actual place does not match!

We cannot believe how deceitful the photos can be on the internet. Definitely not what we viewed and then got when we arrived. Must say the guesthouse manager is very friendly and helpful. Thanks you to him.

A really pleasant stay and perfect venue for the cricket.

Saeed was so helpful! We chose this location because it was near to Newlands Cricket Ground. It was very pleasant and very safe. Saeed, the manager, could not have been more helpful. It was a real pleasure to have met him. The room itself was fine, and the shower room was perfect.

Saeed was baie gasvry en het ons welkom laat voel. Niks was te veel moeite nie. Netjies en baie sentraal geleë t.o.v. sportsentrums. Stil omgewing.

Terrible experience!

Our room that we have booked (showed it was available online) was occupied on our arrival and another room was given to us that faced the very dirty and untidy garden! The Guest House looks absolutely nothing like the pictures! The pictures are very misleading and I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone to stay.

Rondebosch Guest House is the perfect location for Two Oceans.

I would recommend Rondebosch Guest House for Two Oceans runners. Location is excellent. Do note the breakfast is Halaal. Hospitality was excellent.

L enjoyed my stay at Rhondebosch Guest House. The manager Saeed and his team (Richard and Priscah) were very helpful and made my daughter and I feel at home while away from home.

Friendly staff and very central. Walking distance to few malls.

Everything excellent: room, food, friendliness.

We were picked up from the airport by the manager Saeed. He showed us the local area, then took us back to the hotel. The room was beautiful, large, clean, bright and airy, with TV and continuous Wi-Fi. Bathroom was very clean and the supply of hot water was excellent. The management was very friendly was always willing to help with any request. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. A big thank you to everybody.

Good, clean budget accommodation in a central location

The accommodation was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sayed the manager and his assistant Richard. It is very secure, quiet and well situated. I cannot comment further as we were only there for one night. The breakfast, although continental was both well presented and ample.

Close to Newlands Cricket and Rugby!

Good location, adequate facilities.

Very good location for Two Oceans. Room fine and appreciate the fridge in room. Had to ask for toilet paper, clean towels etc. Poor breakfast. Did not get early morning buns as I had requested.

Our stay was pleasant, safe and we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel.

We had a room with a view of Table Mountain and our own enclosed balcony and open balcony. It was clean, neat and refreshed everyday. Breakfast was served outside and it was fresh, filling and beautifully presented. Our car was parked inside the premises and we were given our own remote, so we could come and go as we pleased. The only thing I was wary of, was the owners dog, who lives on-site, but he was separated from the guests. Special thank you: Saahid and Richard and John, for making our stay feel like we were in a hotel.

Excellent location for the Two Oceans Marathon start

Thorougly enjoyed our stay here.The B&B is well located...close to many popular Cape Town spots. The hosts were very warm and very helpful and even assisted us in looking after our young kids. This lodge is only a few hundred metres from the Two Oceans marathon start.

Its a relaxing, peaceful place to stay. It's home away from home.

The rooms are clean,comfortable and spacious. The customer services are helpful,as well as hospital. A great place for leisure, business etc.I do recommend however, that a different breakfast should be served daily (alternate what you offer for longer staying customers).

Basic and clean

We were happy with our accommodation and it served our needs for the time we needed. For future reference, please remove 'secure parking / behind remote gates' from your booking page, as there is no such thing at this establishment, we had to park out on the street.

Enjoyed out stay, close to Newlands

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Guest House is close to Newlands rugby stadium as well as being well situated, so it's very easy to travel around Cape Town.

The accommadation was just what we wanted.

We were well looked after by Roshi.

Good customer service!

The customer service and safety were good. The room was clean however the little inconvenience was that one had to go outside the room via the passage then through the passage to the room.

We (a group of 5 people) enjoyed our stay at this guest house. It is relatively new and as such there were a few minor hiccups like a lack of good heaters in rooms. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent, warm hospitality and great customer services provided. I would definitely recommend this place.
