Beautifully appointed cottage, safe and secure.

Love this cottage enclosed in a very nice herb and flower garden (there is no grass). The cottage has a great patio and braai area and lovely kitchen. The bath is great in the shared bedroom/bathroom area with a lovely enclosed outside shower.

Perfect spot for overnight between JHB and Garden Route.

Beautiful chalet. Attention to detail and decor is stunning. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

We expected a better standard.

In general, there is nothing wrong with the place if you just want to sleep there - the bed is comfortable and there is a big and nice bath. But there were a few things that were not so nice about our stay. There was e.g. not a kettle, so we had to boil water in a pot on the stove. We also didn't have access to the shower, the door was locked. And the toilet didn't have water in it either d. w. s. it couldn't flush. So we used the little drum by the toilet to drain water from the sink and fill the toilet bowl. It was also said there would be an electric blanket, but there wasn't one. At the price per night and given the marketing of the accommodation we expected a certain standard, and unfortunately our experience did not live up to that.
